Hearts for Homes was established in the spring of 2006, as a Christian-based outreach ministry to provide no-cost home repairs to low-income elderly homeowners in the Denton County area of Texas. Typical work includes painting, caulking, roofing, plumbing repairs, siding repairs and yard clean-up. Hearts for Homes coordinates with local agencies, churches, elderly service providers and community groups to identify low-income elderly homeowners in need of assistance. Hearts for Homes is an all-volunteer organization that relies upon our volunteers and the generous financial support of organizations, businesses and individuals in our communities. We are seeking partnerships with businesses, schools, service organizations and individuals to maximize the effectiveness of this outreach ministry. Donations of time (regardless of home repair skill level), money and materials are greatly appreciated. Join us as we reach out to the generation that made us possible!
